It’s A Most Wonderful Time of the Year

Posted by

Tomorrow evening, HockeyDad and I head out to SAFF – The Southeastern Animal and Fiber Fair. This is my mecca and this marks the third year I’m going. I love it all – the animals, the fiber in various forms, and most of all, the friends I’ve made who will be there. This is the only time of year I get to see most of them and I’m just giddy with anticipation. Say a prayer for HockeyDad. This is his first time going and I’m not sure if he realizes just what he’s in for. We may be knitters, spinners and weavers, but we are one crazy group of people.

There will be pictures and stories I promise. So, if there are any readers left out there I will start posting next week.

Party on.

  1. SQUEE!!! I can’t wait! And I think Hockeydad might be initially overwhelmed, but he strikes me as a swimmer, not a sinker. 🙂

  2. *sigh* I’m missing it again this year. I’m hopeful that I’ll be able to get there for next year, though. Have fun – can’t wait to see pictures!

  3. It was great running into you at SAFF and getting to put a face with the blog! I was a “SAFF Virgin” this year, it was oh, so good. I’m still reeling.
